Controller and purpose
Eurico Corvacho, operating under the ASPONE Editions imprint, is responsible for the newsletter. Your email and optional name are used to send book news, launches and events. Subscription is voluntary and based on your consent. Contact: contact@asponeeditions.com.
Subscription and consent records
We collect your email, optional name, selected language through the PT or EN list, and the confirmation records provided by Brevo. Joining the list requires confirmation via the email sent to the address provided. Sending a contact message does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Services used
Cloudflare hosts the website and protects the form. Brevo manages the subscriber list and email delivery, including confirmation and cancellation. These services process technical data required for operation and security. We do not request consent to track individual opens or clicks. Data is not sold or used for third-party advertising. Providers may use subprocessors and international transfers with safeguards set out in their data processing agreements.
Retention and cancellation
We retain your data while your subscription is active. You can withdraw consent free of charge using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by email. You will stop receiving newsletters; only the minimum record needed to respect cancellation and demonstrate previous consent will be retained. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing where applicable by contacting contact@asponeeditions.com. You can also complain to Portugal’s data protection authority, the CNPD: www.cnpd.pt. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling for this newsletter.
